Order Cancellation by Customer

    • Customers can cancel their order free of charge if the request is made before the order is dispatched.
    • To cancel, please log in to your account on BlackTiger.in or contact our customer support team with your order details.
  2. After Dispatch:

    • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may choose to initiate a return after the product is delivered, subject to our Return Policy.

In rare cases, BlackTiger.in may cancel an order due to the following reasons:

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If the product is unavailable, we will notify you and process a full refund promptly.
  • Payment Issues: If there is an issue with payment authorization or fraud detection.
  • Incorrect Pricing or Description: If the product's price or description is incorrect due to an error.

Refund Process

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or direct bank transfer after necessary details are provided.
